Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kite ("we", "us", or "our") and the Kite plugin for Adobe InDesign (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services.
Your content
You own your documents and anything Kite produces in them. We claim no rights over your content. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to use Kite on the documents you provide it.
Credits and billing
Paid plans renew on a recurring basis until cancelled. Credits are consumed based on model usage and do not roll over between billing periods unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Profile tab in the Kite panel.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Services;
- Use the Services to generate content that infringes on others' rights.
Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date.
